Nigel Davis Solicitors are a Law Firm providing a full range of legal services and advice across the whole of England & Wales. We operate from our offices in Ashbourne, Derbyshire and Uttoxeter, Staffordshire; although we travel widely, to meet our client’s requirements.
We are properly both a Town and Country practice in that, alongside our providing a full spectrum of regular legal services, we also specialise in advising farmers, estates and rural landowners on the law as it impacts upon them, their business, their property and their wealth. We pride ourselves in understanding the needs of our clients. Especially where those needs involve rural or agricultural issues.
In terms of agricultural law we are recognised as a leading firm by the Legal 500.
We also provide legal consultancy services to other professional firms who require additional specialist input in addressing the needs of their own clients from the agricultural sector.
